Suc­cess­ful prop­erty com­pany Camp­bell­Prop­erty launched a new ven­ture, You Own Your Own (YoYo) Prop­erty, spe­cial­is­ing in help­ing par­ents invest in prop­erty for their chil­dren to live in whilst at university.

By mon­i­tor­ing what was hap­pen­ing within the prop­erty indus­try Bou­tique was able to hijack the news to gen­er­ate edi­to­r­ial for YoYo Prop­erty. One such exam­ple was a rapid response to a gov­ern­ment announce­ment to help first time buy­ers gen­er­at­ing national cov­er­age includ­ing The Tele­graph, The Times and The Sun­day Express. Founder Vic­to­ria Camp­bell was also posi­tioned as an indus­try expert to raise aware­ness of the busi­ness, result­ing in reg­u­lar inter­views in a range of trade, busi­ness and con­sumer media.

One of our key objec­tives was to gain national aware­ness of You Own Your Own Prop­erty and work­ing with Bou­tique Com­mu­ni­ca­tions we have already achieved cov­er­age in The Times, The Tele­graph and The Sun­day Express amongst oth­ers.
